DEPOSIT / RETAINER:A 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of the session.
FINAL IMAGES:Photographer is not responsible for dissatisfaction with final images related to personal appearance, and refunds will not be issued for this reason.
LATE POLICY:Things happen! Please communicate if you are running late. There are no extra fees for tardiness; however, late arrival time will reduce your scheduled session time.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY:The session retainer paid at booking is non-refundable. However, the retainer may be transferred toward a future session if the client reschedules at least 72 hours before the original session date by phone or email and rebooks for a mutually agreed date and time. Rescheduled sessions must take place within the same calendar year.
TRAVEL FEE:A travel fee may apply for locations outside of the Twin Cities Metro Area. Please include your desired location when booking, and the photographer will contact you via email regarding travel details.Travel fee: $2 per mile
PORTFOLIO & SOCIAL MEDIA USAGEBy booking a session, the client agrees that Ludmila Photography may use photographs from the session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Photography is my business, and showcasing my work is an important part of growing and maintaining my portfolio.
If a client prefers that their images remain completely private and not be used in any portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials, a Privacy Fee of 25% of the total session cost will apply and must be requested before the session date.
This fee grants the client full privacy, and no images from the session will be published or shared publicly
